Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how NAVI (“NAVI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the NAVI mobile app, website, support channels, and connected services.

Information NAVI handles

NAVI handles information you choose to enter or connect to run your business. This may include account email and business name; client contact details; leads and messages; addresses; appointments; service descriptions; notes; prices; follow-ups; job photos; and work summaries.

When you enable account sync, notifications, backups, Copilot, or integrations, NAVI may also handle authentication records, device and notification identifiers, connection status, integration identifiers, webhook events, and limited diagnostic information needed to provide and troubleshoot those features.

How information is used

We use information to provide NAVI, organize and sync your work, restore enabled backups, receive leads from services you connect, deliver requested notifications, produce Copilot results you request, protect the service, investigate errors, and respond to support or privacy requests.

NAVI does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising trackers or customer records for behavioral advertising.

Local and cloud storage

NAVI is local-first. Core work can remain on your device. If you create an account or enable cloud and integration features, relevant information may also be stored using Apple services and Supabase so NAVI can sync, restore, authenticate, and operate those features.

Copilot and service providers

When you request a Copilot action, information necessary to produce the result is processed by OpenAI. NAVI also relies on Apple and Supabase for app functionality, authentication, notifications, and storage. If you connect an outside service such as Meta, information required for that connection is exchanged with that provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

Photos, Contacts, and permissions

NAVI requests access to photos only when you choose to attach job photos. NAVI accesses Contacts only when you choose an action such as saving a client. You can manage system permissions in iOS Settings.

Retention and deletion

We retain cloud information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve security or operational issues, and meet legal obligations. You can disconnect integrations or permanently delete your NAVI cloud account in Account & Sync. Account deletion removes associated NAVI cloud backups, integrations, webhook data, and cloud photos, subject to limited backup, security, or legal retention where required. Local information remaining on your iPhone stays under your control.

Security

We use authenticated access controls and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect access to your device, email, Apple ID, and connected accounts.

Your choices and rights

You may use core local features without connecting an account. You may review or update information in NAVI, disconnect integrations, disable permissions or notifications, and request deletion of your cloud account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. We may need to verify your request.

Children

NAVI is a business productivity service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

We may update this policy as NAVI changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.

Using NAVI

NAVI is a business productivity tool for organizing clients, leads, appointments, follow-ups, photos, summaries, and related work. You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use NAVI only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for information you enter, the services you provide, your prices and estimates, customer communications, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for access to your device, email, Apple ID, NAVI account, and connected services. Do not access another person’s workspace or process information you are not authorized to use. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or connection has been compromised.

Customer information and content

You retain responsibility for content you add to NAVI and represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions. You give NAVI a limited right to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve requested service functionality.

Copilot

Copilot provides drafts, summaries, and recommendations. It does not make automatic business decisions and is not legal, tax, accounting, safety, or financial advice. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Review every suggestion before sending it or relying on it. You remain responsible for estimates, schedules, promises, and customer communications.

Integrations

Connected services are optional and may be governed by third-party terms. Availability can depend on platform approval, API access, webhook delivery, account eligibility, or third-party changes. You authorize NAVI to exchange information needed to operate an integration you choose to connect.

Purchases and subscriptions

NAVI Pro purchases and subscriptions offered in the iOS app are processed by Apple. Pricing, billing period, renewal details, and available features are displayed before purchase. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled under Apple’s App Store rules and your Apple account settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use NAVI to break the law, violate another person’s rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, send unlawful spam, or attempt unauthorized access.

Availability and disclaimer

We work to keep NAVI reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and integrations, notifications, backups, or AI responses may occasionally be delayed or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, NAVI is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NAVI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Ending use

You may stop using NAVI or delete your cloud account at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent unlawful, abusive, or security-threatening use. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

We may update these terms as NAVI changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
